Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e‑commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

All products are subject to availability. As our items are handmade, colours, decorations and finishes may vary slightly from images shown.

All baked goods are prepared in an environment that handles allergens. Please refer to individual product descriptions for allergen information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched, Valencia’s Cakes and Bakes cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or events outside our control.

SECTION 8 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on baked goods.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. At our discretion, we may offer a partial refund, discount, or store credit depending on the circumstances.
