Hi, I’m the woman behind Valencia’s Cakes and Bakes 👋🏽
Just someone who genuinely loves baking and, surprisingly, the admin that comes with it too.
I first started my business back in 2019, baking for friends, celebrations and anyone who trusted me with their sweet cravings. Like many small businesses, I pressed pause in 2022 when life got busy and my priorities needed a little reshuffle. After taking time to refocus, life has since calmed down and I realised how much I truly missed baking and creating for people.
This page is home to my postal baked goods, made fresh and sent straight to your door.

What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any baked goods. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely happy with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible. We will always do our best to work with you to understand the issue and make it right where possible. Please contact us using the details on the Contact Us page, including your order number and a brief description of the concern
Do you cater for allergies or specific dietary requirements?
While every effort is made to reduce the risk of cross contamination, allergens are used within our kitchen. As a result, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from traces of allergens. For this reason, Valencia’s Cakes and Bakes is unable to cater for specific allergen requirements. If you have any questions about ingredients used in our products, please feel free to get in touch before placing an order.
When will I get my order?
We work quickly to prepare and ship your order as soon as possible. Orders placed by midnight on Tuesday will be posted by Thursday via Royal Mail, 1st Class.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. While most parcels arrive sooner, please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive, as recommended by Royal Mail.

Where are your products manufactured?
All our baked goods are prepared fresh in the UK using quality ingredients
How much does shipping cost?
All orders are posted via Royal Mail 1st Class as standard. You will have the option to upgrade your delivery method at checkout, with all prices clearly outlined before payment.
