Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any baked goods.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible using the details on our Contact Us page. Each concern will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Where appropriate, resolutions may include a discount, partial refund, or store credit, offered at the sole discretion of Valencia’s Cakes and Bakes.

Once an order has been prepared and posted, we are unable to cancel, amend, or refund the order.

Delivery Disclaimer

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail. While we always aim for timely delivery, Valencia’s Cakes and Bakes cannot be held responsible for delivery delays once parcels have been handed over to the courier. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please get in touch and we will do our best to assist where possible.
