Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 1st Class as standard. Customers may have the option to upgrade shipping at checkout, with prices clearly displayed.

Orders placed by midnight on Tuesday will be dispatched by Thursday. Dispatch times may vary during busy periods.

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail. Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to arrive.

Once an order has been dispatched, Valencia’s Cakes and Bakes is not responsible for delivery delays, missed deliveries, or issues caused by the courier.

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
